Ronan nodded. "You just missed this month's anyway," he assured Kaidan, "so there's plenty of time to change your mind before the next one."

Really, Ronan thought, the fact that that alone hadn't sent him running was probably a good sign. It'd be interesting to see how things shaped up when Emma and Jack were back on the island.
