Room 507, Saturday Evening

Ronan led Bolton to his room from the gym, closing the door behind him. "Feel free to sit anywhere," he said. "I just need to find something, then I can finish healing your arm."

It had been a long day. Probably...he assumed...it wasn't every day that you lost your memory and broke your arm and had a magician heal it, so sleep could be doable. However...

"Or what?"

"Nothing specific," Ronan replied. Not that he was going to say, anyway. "Just wondering if you were ready for bed, or if you wanted to... I dunno. If you weren't ready for bed."

"Don't know what else we'd do," he laughed a little. "Don't really know anything right now..."

Ronan told himself he wasn't going to say it. Then he told himself again. A third time, for good measure.

"Well, there's always sex."

... Dammit.

His eyes immediately got bigger; if he were drinking something, he would have choked on it. Currently, Bolton seemed pretty damn close to choking on just air at the moment still.

He coughed. "Well, uh, yeah, I, uh...I guess, yeah, there's that, but, uhh, whoa, there. No offense, but we just met. I mean, hell, I just kind of met myself, even, so, uh...yeah..."

That had to be a joke anyway, right?

"No, no! Sorry, I was totally- I mean, that wasn't- I wasn't- I was joking!" No, he wasn't. "Sorry, I didn't mean to..."

Oh, good. He was joking. Bolton could breathe a little easier, chuckling to shake off his initial reaction. "That's a...that's a good one. You say that to all the amnesia-stricken boys whose arms you heal, or am I just special?"

Ronan shrugged a little, and turned away a tad, chuckling as best he could whilst mentally kicking himself. "So, yeah, bed," he said. "Definitely sounds good." He pulled off his shirt, tossing it aside, before sitting on his bed to pull off his shoes and socks.

Bolton was thinking that what happened next was...a little interesting. After all, he was a basketball player, right? So he should be used to seeing other guys taking of their clothes, like in the locker rooms and stuff. But there was ogling. Oh, God, was there ogling, as Ronan pulled his shirt of over his head and Bolton had gotten a good look at him while he tossed it aside, and then his brain could only think of one thing:

Ronan? Was kind of hot.

No. Not kind of. Very.

His eyes shifted as he thought for a fleeting second about that joke. And then his face turned very red. He took a dive into the bed he was sitting on.

"Yeah. G'nite!"

That surprised Ronan a little, but... hrm. "I, ah. Hope you don't mind, I usually just sleep in boxers. But I've probably got some pyjamas around somewhere if you'd rather I..."

"Nah, it's good," he replied, quite quickly. "Your place, you do your thing."

Ronan nodded, shrugging a bit, and shed his pants, leaving him in his boxers. "You just going to sleep in your clothes?" he asked. "That can't be very comfortable."

"I broke my arm today," Bolton spoke into the pillow. "Compared to that, definitely, I'm comfortable."

Ronan raised his eyebrow, but shrugged. "If you insist, but seriously, you'd probably be..." And that was probably trying a little too hard. "No, never mind. Do whatever you want."

"...Okay," Bolton said lamely. But getting up and changing right now would not be a good idea. So he was just going to pretend that he was the most comfortable guy in the world, despite feeling the exact opposite.

Ronan shrugged, moving over to turn off the light; as he padded across the room, barefoot and half-naked, he stopped to consider, "... You don't want anything to eat before bed, do you? You get supper all right? All of a sudden, I'm really hungry; must be the healing."

"No, I'm..."

And, yes, that would be the sound of a stomach growling, awakened by the mention of food.

Ronan rolled his eyes, and knelt down at his dressed, opening the bottom drawer. "C'mon over," he said, "and see if there's anything you want. I've got a lot of totally moddable different stuff."

"Jus' a sec." Was he good?

He was good. Bolton rolled off the bed and then headed over to the dresser, taking a peek in. "What's good?"

It wasn't like he really knew.

"Well, there's junky stuff -- cookies, some crisps, soda -- and some soup and stuff I could microwave, if you wanted." He grinned. "And tea. Lots and lots of tea."

Bolton looked over at Ronan and that grin and commented with a grin of his own, "You seem pretty into that tea, man."

Ronan grinned back, pulling out a packet of biscuits for himself, and said, "That's because I am really into that tea." He grabbed a bag of licorice tea, and added, "You want some, too?"

Bolton thought about it a second before reaching into the dresser to grab as close to the same thing that Ronan grabbed and nodded. "Yes. I think. I don't know. We'll find out?"

Ronan laughed and nodded as he took the teabag from Bolton. "Okay," he said, getting up, moving to his kettle. Turning it on, waiting for it to boil, he then turned his attention back to his bag of biscuits. "Want one?" he asked, holding it out after he'd opened it. "Chocolate chip."

Bolton's hand was instantly diving in. "I'll take anything at this point," he said. "It's not like I can remember what I like or anything...Thanks. Again."
