Room 507, Monday Afternoon (After Workshops)

One of the advantages of having a duffle bag with a claudication -- a pocket of pinched-off space -- was that it made it ridiculously easy to live out of it for three weeks rather than unpacking. Another advantage was that it is simpler to just carry everything you have with you when you find yourself unexpectedly living in a cabin for three weeks than it is to unpack half your stuff in your dorm room, and worry about leaving something behind that you'll later find you need.

The disadvantage is that, after those three weeks, you still have to come back to the dorm room and unpack.

So Ronan was. Unpacking, that is. Eventually, he'd make his way past the piles of clothes and books and other sundries to reach the computer at the bottom. And he totally wasn't waiting for John to show up so that they could talk; he wasn't sure if John had been avoiding him the last several days, or if it had just worked out that they kept missing each other, but if John was avoiding him, they really needed to talk about why.

They really needed to talk, anyway. Ronan just hoped he could figure out what it was he was going to say -- and that he could get John to listen to him when he did.
