Party Room C, The Crossings Intercontinual Worldgating Facility, Tuesday Evening [Fandom Time]

It had taken a little bit of work, but with one of his best friends being responsible for the Crossings, Ronan had managed to not only reserve a room, but also to arrange transportation to the Crossings for all of his friends who wanted to come by -- without needing to negotiate Portalocity.

(It had cost him a pretty penny, but it wasn't like he was spending his money on much of anything else lately; even when not on errantry, wizards were popular through-out most of the universe.)

So, here Ronan was, waiting for people to show up as he arranged the last few nibbly foods on one of the side tables. It wasn't every day that a guy turned twenty, after all.


[So I completely flaked and forgot to email invites out to everyone. Oops? If you think you'd have gotten one, you probably got one; Ronan sent them out to pretty much everyone he's ever known at Fandom High.

[Up early for timezones and SP and suchlike.]

Who is looking a little breathless -- he's doing the 'talk to everyone/make everyone happy/oh god what do you mean we're out of blue drink' party host thing, never mind that it's his own birthday -- but is more than happy to see you, so he'll definitely stop and chat.

... Until the next party crisis.

"Oh?" Ronan asked, grinning back. He grabbed a tall glass of fizzy blue drink -- he still wasn't quite sure what the flavour was supposed to be -- from the table beside him and offered it to Carmela. "And why's that?"

"I like to think so," Ronan replied, "but I think most twenty-year-olds do. How's it going? I'm glad you could make it!"

"Oh, thanks." Ronan stuck his tongue out at Hannibal -- the height of maturity, truly. "I'm not that old. I mean, I'm not even legally old enough to drink yet in the States.

"Not that this has ever stopped me, of course."

"Old!" Ronan insisted. "And getting older. I can't believe I'm twenty."

He could have, yes, but he was finding he actually really liked running himself around over this. Hosting was fun.
